Latitude Fellowship and internal transfer programme
Programme Latitude creates 168 net new roles between 2026 and 2032, about 60 of them at leadership level. The Fellowship exists so that at least 40 per cent of those leadership roles are filled from inside the group. It takes 24 people a year, half of them already employed by the firm.

A fellow spends two years in three offices, one of which is always outside the fellow's home region. The rotation is built around the work that is hardest to teach at a distance: origination diligence in a biological industry, treasury operations, and the compliance perimeter of a jurisdiction the fellow has never worked in.
The Chair sponsors the Fellowship and the Remuneration Committee reviews it each year against two figures: the internal fill rate for leadership roles and the three-year retention rate of former fellows. The first cohort of 24 joined in 2026. The programme costs about US$2 million a year across the group.
