Clients

Client programmes

Three programmes through which clients engage the institution, each with a written scope, a reporting cadence and a programme document.

Principal

Private Client Programme

The Private Client Programme is the mandate through which a principal or a family engages the institution directly. A named principal in Private Wealth and UHNW holds the relationship and answers for it. The programme covers the mandate itself, the structures that hold it and the reporting that follows.

Nothing moves before the mandate is written. Scope, limits, currencies, jurisdictions and the loss the client is prepared to accept are agreed on paper and reviewed once a year. A change to any of them is made in writing and countersigned before it takes effect. Sixty-one family relationships were held on this basis at 30 June 2026.

  • A named principal holds the relationship, with a named deputy who is briefed on every file and who answers when the principal is travelling.
  • A written mandate sets the scope, the limits, the currencies and the loss the client is prepared to accept before any capital is committed.
  • Positions the institution originates are offered on the terms the institution itself takes, with the same information given at the same time.
  • Holding companies, trusts and co-investment vehicles are established and administered across the 28 jurisdictions of domicile or registration.
  • Custody is arranged with independent counterparties under the Client Assets and Client Money policy, and never with the institution itself.
  • A quarterly written report, a half-yearly review meeting and an annual valuation statement are delivered in every year of the mandate.
  • The Client Terminal is provisioned on invitation for reporting, documents and mandate correspondence.

Eligibility. The programme is open to eligible counterparties and to professional or accredited investors, including principals, founders and family holding structures. The division applies an admission threshold of US$25 million in investable assets per family, and classifies family structures as per se professional clients. Enquiries reach privateclients@iguako.tech and are answered by a principal rather than by a desk.

Reporting. A quarterly written report from the named principal, a half-yearly review meeting and an annual valuation statement, with ad hoc reporting on any position the client asks about.

Institutional

Institutional Research Programme

The Institutional Research Programme gives institutions and intermediaries the work of the twelve sector desks and the Information and Data division. It covers five origination sectors and seven deployment sectors. It is the same research the Investment Committee reads before it commits capital.

Research is published on a calendar, not on request. Sixty pieces have been issued since 2021, each with a named author and a date. Subscribers receive them on the morning of publication, together with the underlying series and the definitions used to build them.

  • A monthly research note from one of the twelve sector desks, published on a fixed calendar with a named author.
  • A quarterly sector briefing covering exposure, positions and the movement of capital between the twelve sectors.
  • The data series behind each note, with the definitions and the collection method used to build them.
  • Two analyst sessions a year with the desk that wrote the work, held under the Marketing and Financial Promotions policy.
  • An annual data appendix covering trade flows by corridor, by product class and by month, drawn from datasets the institution owns.
  • A written statement of which analysis was model-assisted, as the sixth principle of the Ethical Technology Charter requires.

Eligibility. The programme is available to institutions, intermediaries and family offices that qualify as eligible counterparties or professional investors in their own jurisdiction. It is offered to no retail client anywhere. Enquiries reach enquiries@iguako.tech.

Reporting. A monthly research note, a quarterly sector briefing and an annual data appendix, each with a named author and a publication date.

Terminal

Client Terminal Access Programme

The Client Terminal Access Programme provisions the reporting system used by clients of the institution. The Terminal holds positions, valuations, documents and mandate correspondence for one relationship. It is issued on invitation by the relationship team and is not reachable from the public site.

Access is a controlled thing and is treated as one. Every credential is issued to a named individual, every session is logged, and every document carries the date it was published. Access is reviewed each quarter and lapses if the client does not confirm it.

  • A daily position and valuation file for every mandate held within the relationship.
  • A weekly digest of the documents published by the institution that touch the mandate.
  • The complete document set for the relationship, versioned and dated, including every report issued since inception.
  • Credentials issued to named individuals, with a written record of who holds access to what.
  • A quarterly access review in which the client confirms or withdraws each named individual.
  • The right to require a human decision on anything the Terminal reports, under the seventh principle of the Ethical Technology Charter.

Eligibility. Access is provisioned for clients of record holding a Private Client Programme mandate or an institutional mandate. It is issued by the relationship team on invitation. The institution accepts no access request submitted through the public site.

Reporting. A daily position file, a weekly document digest and a quarterly access review, with every document versioned and dated on publication.
