Europe.

Europe holds more of the client portfolio than any region except the Caribbean and carries the fund platform through which most institutional capital is admitted. London opened in 2020 as the first office outside the two founding cities. Luxembourg became the regional hub in 2022 and is the base of the Chief Operating Officer. Seven jurisdictions and eight locations carried US$214 million of the client portfolio at 30 June 2026 and employ 68 people.

Europe is a deployment region. Capital raised or realised elsewhere is admitted here, structured here and put to work in information infrastructure, financial systems and structured credit. Ten positions have their operating businesses in Europe, most of them in data and payments infrastructure rather than in the biological industries. The Irish and Luxembourg platforms take the largest share of the attributed portfolio because that is where the vehicles sit.

London runs advisory and research and is the base of the General Counsel. Dublin operates the fund platform. Zürich holds the private wealth and custody relationships and is the base of the Chief Risk Officer. St Helier provides trust and private-client structures, St Peter Port the private equity vehicles, and Amsterdam the European commercial finance book. The Lisbon desk, opened in 2025, covers Iberian counterparties and the specialty-materials pipeline.

Fourteen of the 61 family relationships are covered from the region, nine of them from Zürich, and 11 families hold a structure administered in Jersey. The 2028 phase of Programme Latitude is the European phase: the Luxembourg fund platform is scaled, Dublin is expanded and the Zürich custody arrangements are widened. Until then the region absorbs the administrative load of the network without adding locations.

Programme Latitude

Expansion in Europe.

Europe is the second region by client portfolio at US$214 million and the first by locations at eight. It holds the fund platform in Luxembourg and Dublin, trust and private-client structures in Jersey and Guernsey, custody relationships in Zürich, and advisory, research, legal and compliance work in London.

The 2028 phase makes the platform larger without making it more complicated: six compartments instead of four, two further Irish sub-funds, one manager and one depositary. Two registrations and two locations follow in the same year, and the Luxembourg replica hall is contracted alongside them.

The regional plan in full

Targets

  • Client portfolio in the region raised from US$214 million to US$330 million by the end of 2032.
  • Regional headcount raised from 68 to 96, twelve of the additions sitting in Luxembourg.
  • Ten offices and desks by 2032, adding an office in Madrid and a representative desk in Copenhagen in 2028.
  • Nine European registrations by 2032, adding Spain and Portugal during the 2028 phase.
  • Six platform compartments and two further Irish sub-funds under one authorised manager by the end of 2028.
