Al Bateen Principals Network
Al Bateen Principals Network is a membership organisation of 40 single-family offices in the Gulf that share deal flow and co-investment opportunities. IGUAKO joined as an institutional member in 2024 through the Dubai hub. Nine member families have since co-invested alongside the Private Equity division through IGUAKO Gulf Co-Investment I Ltd., committing US$38 million in total to animal-health and pharmaceutical positions.
The relationship
Family offices in the Gulf hold large allocations to agriculture and food security, and they prefer to invest beside a manager who has already underwritten the risk. The network gives IGUAKO a structured route to those families, and gives the families direct access to the origination pipeline. Membership does not involve any sharing of client data. The network sees the deal, not the book.
