Client reporting platform
A client with mandates in three booking centres receives three statements on three calendars. The platform replaces them with one statement, produced on one calendar, showing every position wherever it is held. It is built between 2030 and 2032 and reaches all 50 locations in the final year of the programme.

The platform also carries the Charter obligations that a document cannot meet on its own. Each client can see which decisions in the reporting period were model-assisted, who is accountable for each of them, and how to require a human review. That view is generated from the model register rather than written by hand.
It costs US$13 million in total, US$6 million in the 2030 phase and US$7 million in 2032, and is sponsored by the chair of the Information Governance Committee. Clients see reporting only. No instruction is taken through the platform, and no client data is sold, shared or used to train a model.
