Luxembourg
Luxembourg has directed Europe since 2022, when the region outgrew a single office in London. Nineteen people work at Grand-Rue Chambers, the largest complement in the region and the third largest in the network. Sable Okonjo-Lindqvist, Chief Operating Officer, works from the ninth floor. Seven jurisdictions and eight European locations report to the hub, and the European entity boards meet in the building.

The hub is a holding centre rather than a booking centre. Latitude Europe Holdings sits above the five continental portfolio positions, and a reserved partnership admits well-informed co-investors to the structured-credit book. Alzette Fund Administration calculates net asset values and keeps the registers. US$118 million of the proprietary balance sheet is carried here against only US$6 million of the client portfolio, because the clients are booked in Dublin.
Group operations run from a separate service company on the same floor, which holds the vendor contracts reviewed under the Third-Party Risk and Outsourcing policy. Cormac Delacroix-Nwosu, the independent director who chairs the Audit Committee, is based in the city. The 2028 phase of Programme Latitude makes Luxembourg the lead office of the year and scales the fund platform to US$230 million of administered assets.
