United States.

The United States is one of the two founding jurisdictions. The Floridian half of the founding partnership opened Worth Avenue Pavilion in 2019 in the same month that the Australian half opened Brisbane, and the Chief Executive still works from Palm Beach. Florida is the coverage state: Palm Beach and Miami together employ 36 of the 47 people in the country, and IGUAKO Capital Americas LLC, the coverage and advisory entity, is a Delaware company registered to do business in Florida and registered as an investment adviser with the federal securities regulator.

Presence

Founding office at Level 3, Worth Avenue Pavilion, Palm Beach, the base of Tobias Renfield-Oyelaran, Chief Executive, and of Sylvie Broadbent-Hartnell, Head of Office; 47 people across Palm Beach, Miami, New York and Wilmington.

Why this domicile

  • The founding partnership's home market and the largest concentration of institutional and private clients in the network.
  • The deepest capital markets the group uses, reached from New York for investment banking and quantitative execution.
  • Delaware company law, which gives holding and co-investment vehicles a settled and widely recognised form.
  • Dollar clearing, through which the group's settlements in every other jurisdiction ultimately pass.

Delaware supplies the vehicles. Fourteen Delaware entities are administered from the Wilmington desk at Brandywine Chambers: the coverage entity, IGUAKO Securities LLC in New York, Latitude Commercial Finance (Delaware) LLC for the Commercial Finance division's United States facilities, IGUAKO North America Co-Investment I, L.P. for co-investors, and single-purpose holding companies for positions. Six of the 47 portfolio positions are held in the United States, in pharmaceutical and animal-health businesses and in structured credit, and the region's remaining five sit in Canada.

Client portfolio attributed to the United States stood at US$131 million at 30 June 2026, of the North American total of US$168 million. Thirteen of the 61 family relationships are United States families, covered from Palm Beach and Miami and booked through Nassau, with custody at Vandermeer Hollis Custody in New York or with the Nassau custodians. The New York office arranges and syndicates the structured credit instruments whose collateral is held in Hamilton, and Miami maintains 49 of the group's correspondent and counterparty relationships, settling through Loxahatchee Atlantic Bank.

The United States has no phase of its own in Programme Latitude. Its role is to supply realised proceeds from mature pharmaceutical and animal-health positions to the phases that follow, beginning with the Asia-Pacific build-out in 2027, and to carry the group's dollar clearing, on which every other jurisdiction depends. No retail business is conducted in any state, no brokerage is offered to individuals, and the four locations report to the Executive Committee each quarter through the Chief Executive's office.

Regulatory approach

IGUAKO Capital Americas LLC is registered as an investment adviser with the federal securities regulator and makes notice filings in Florida, New York and Delaware. IGUAKO Securities LLC is a broker-dealer registered with the federal securities regulator and a member of the self-regulatory organisation for broker-dealers, limited by its membership agreement to institutional business, private placements and the arrangement of structured credit; it carries no customer accounts. Latitude Commercial Finance (Delaware) LLC lends to businesses under the commercial lending rules of the states in which it operates and makes no consumer loans. No group entity holds a bank charter, accepts deposits or is a member of any exchange. Client assets are held by qualified custodians, never by a group entity. The chief compliance officer for the United States sits in Palm Beach and reports to Fenella Marsh-Adeyemi, General Counsel and Group Head of Compliance.
