Seoul
Seoul opens in the second half of 2026 and is the thirty-seventh location in the registry. It is excluded from every figure published as at 30 June 2026, including the count of thirty-six cities and the headcount of 312 people, because on that date it did not exist. Two people will staff it at opening.

No South Korean entity is registered yet, and no service is offered from the desk until one is. Until then the desk observes the market, prepares the registration file and refers everything to Singapore. The 2027 phase of Programme Latitude converts it to an office once the registration is in force, and the conversion waits if the registration does.
Functions
- Coverage of Korean specialty-materials and pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Pipeline development for the Singapore hub
- Preparation for a South Korean registration
