Singapore is the booking centre of Asia-Pacific and the technology office of the group. Thirteen people work at Raffles Quay Pavilion under a licence for fund management and dealing, holding US$34 million of the client portfolio, four family relationships and nine correspondent and counterparty relationships. Ottoline Baskerville-Nakamura, Head of Technology and Ethics, is based on the thirtieth floor.

The Ethics & Technology Council keeps its secretariat here, and the models used by the Quantitative Strategies and Information & Data divisions are reviewed in this office under the Model Risk Management policy. No client decision is automated anywhere in the group. A separate data engineering company holds the regional vendor contracts, and Serangoon Depositary provides custody for the assets booked in the hub.

The 2027 phase of Programme Latitude is the Asia-Pacific build-out and Singapore is its lead office. It adds fund management and engineering staff and a trading desk of six people, all of it paid for from proceeds realised in North America and Oceania during 2026. Aquaculture coverage is shared with Brisbane and Auckland, and Indian relationships with Port Louis.
