Alzette Fund Administration
Alzette Fund Administration is the central administrator, registrar and transfer agent for the group's Luxembourg fund platform. It has served the platform since the Luxembourg hub opened in 2022. Alzette calculates the net asset value of four IGUAKO vehicles, keeps the shareholder register for 118 institutional and professional investors, and prepares the annual accounts for audit.
The relationship
Independent administration is the reason institutional investors will subscribe to a privately held manager's fund. Alzette's valuation of each position is produced without IGUAKO involvement and reviewed by the Risk & Valuation Committee only after publication. Investors receive a statement from Alzette, not from IGUAKO, and can query it directly. The separation is written into each fund's offering document.
