Corbière Trust Company provides trustee and private-client structuring services in Jersey, where the group administers the trust structures used together with Bahamas booking by European, Middle Eastern and Asian families. The relationship started in 2023 when the St Helier office opened. Corbière currently acts as trustee for 19 family structures and as director of 31 private holding companies.
The relationship
Corbière is used where a family needs a trustee in a jurisdiction with settled trust law and a long record of court decisions. The trust company holds the assets, IGUAKO advises on them, and neither party can act alone. Families receive a trustee report each quarter that reconciles to the IGUAKO investment statement line by line.
