George Town

George Town is where the group is owned, funded and governed. IGUAKO Capital Holdings Ltd. sits at the top of the structure, and fifteen further entities are administered from the twelfth floor of Harbourfront Chambers. Fifty-six people work in the building, the largest single concentration in the network. The Chief Investment Officer and the Chief Financial Officer are based here, and the Board meets in the building four times a year.

Treasury is the defining function. The proprietary balance sheet of US$610 million and the US$215 million of committed but undrawn facilities are held and reported from this office. The desk sets the internal cost of capital each quarter, prices every reallocation between divisions, and reports group liquidity to the Executive Committee before it meets. No capital moves between regions without a George Town booking.

The 2026 phase of Programme Latitude places the Caribbean treasury hub in the same building. Latitude Treasury (Cayman) Ltd. was established this year to hold settlement, cash management and intercompany funding for the seven Caribbean jurisdictions. The hub is staffed with six people drawn from the group treasury desk. The consolidation is scheduled to complete before the phase closes.
