Mexico City
Mexico City covers manufacturing. Three positions are held through IGUAKO Farmacéutica México, S. de R.L. de C.V.: a sterile-injectable plant, a generics manufacturer and a contract manufacturer that supplies regulated markets to the north. Latitude Manufactura Estructurada, S.A. de C.V. had US$14 million of equipment and receivables facilities outstanding at 30 June 2026. Six people work from Reforma Pavilion.

Diligence in this market is technical before it is financial. The office reviews plant licences, inspection histories, batch records and supply agreements before a position is put to the Investment Committee. One of the six people is a regulatory-affairs researcher, and the register of the eleven manufacturing licences behind the positions is kept here. A manufacturing failure is treated as a credit event and provisioned as one.
US$6 million of the client portfolio is attributed to Mexico, which understates the office. Its value to the group is the sight it gives of pharmaceutical and specialty-materials supply chains that feed positions taken in other regions. The 2031 phase of Programme Latitude expands the office and its coverage of the northern manufacturing corridor.
