Clients use Andros Sound where they need an independent trustee that is separate from the institution managing their capital and close to the booking centre. Families whose structures are administered from St Helier use a Jersey trustee instead. The trust company holds legal title, keeps the register of beneficiaries, and signs distributions against instructions verified by the Nassau desk. IGUAKO retains investment discretion. The separation is deliberate and is explained to every family before a structure is formed.
