Pearl River Fixed Income Venue

Pearl River Fixed Income Venue is an electronic trading platform for Asian corporate bonds and structured notes on which the Investment Banking and Quantitative Strategies divisions trade. IGUAKO became a participant in 2023 with the Hong Kong office. The venue provides request-for-quote trading across 60 dealers and is the main execution route for the Asian structured-credit vehicle on the Irish platform.

Trading fixed income on a venue rather than by telephone produces a timestamped record of every quote, which is what the Best Execution policy requires. Pearl River returns the competing quotes with the trade, and the Information & Data division stores them for the annual best execution review.
