United Kingdom.
London was the first office the firm opened outside its two founding cities, in 2020, and it was opened for expertise rather than for booking. IGUAKO Capital Advisory (UK) Limited advises on transactions and publishes research. It holds no client money, holds no client assets, deals with nobody as principal and manages no fund, which is why the United Kingdom is the one European jurisdiction with no client portfolio attributed to it.

Presence
Eleven people at Level 7, Bishopsgate Court, London, under Percival Adebayo-Thornbury, Head of Office. The office opened in 2020.
Why this domicile
- A deep market in corporate finance advice for the sectors the firm originates in, and the people who have done that work for twenty years.
- A time zone that reaches Oceania in the morning and the Americas in the afternoon, which suits a group whose day starts in Brisbane and ends in Palm Beach.
- A settled body of contract and company law that European counterparties accept for the documentation of a cross-border transaction.
- A regulatory perimeter that supports advice without requiring the firm to hold client money it has no wish to hold.
Eleven people work at Bishopsgate Court: four in research, three in advisory, three in legal and compliance and one in operations. Nine advisory mandates were completed in the twelve months to 30 June 2026, seven of them for founders selling or recapitalising businesses in animal health, aquaculture and specialty materials. Research is distributed to eligible counterparties and professional clients only, and never as an inducement to transact.
Two group functions sit in London. Fenella Marsh-Adeyemi, General Counsel and Group Head of Compliance, works from the office, and the Compliance & Conduct Committee she chairs meets here. The Group Financial Crime function reports to her, which is why a compliance officer in São Paulo, Mexico City or Amsterdam has a reporting line into this building. Regulatory engagement across the European jurisdictions is coordinated from the same floor.
The perimeter of the London entity is narrow and deliberately so. It does not distribute the Luxembourg or Irish vehicles, and an enquiry about either is passed to the office that manages it. It executes nothing, although it manages the relationship with Aldgate Prime Services on behalf of the Quantitative Strategies division. The 2028 European phase of Programme Latitude adds research headcount here to support the fund platform rather than widening what the entity may do.

Regulatory approach
IGUAKO Capital Advisory (UK) Limited is authorised by the local financial services regulator to advise on investments and to arrange transactions in them. Its permissions do not extend to holding client money, holding client assets, dealing as principal or managing investments, and the firm has not applied for any of those. It maintains capital resources above the minimum its permission requires, files the periodic returns the regulator prescribes and reports material changes within the notification periods set for them. Every individual performing a governing or oversight function is approved before appointment and assessed each year for continued fitness. The entity is the group point of contact for regulatory engagement in Europe, and every substantive communication with a regulator anywhere in the group is copied to the General Counsel in this office.
