Miami
Miami is the payments and trade office. Forty-nine of the correspondent and counterparty relationships in the Americas are managed from Brickell Atrium, among them the onshore dollar correspondent that has served the founding office since 2019. Eight people work in the building. The office opened in 2021, two years after Palm Beach, and reports into it.

The Commercial Finance desk funds cross-border trade between Florida and the Latin American network: receivables purchased from suppliers, equipment lines and short-dated import finance. Facilities are booked in Barbados or Panama according to the counterparty. Miami keeps the operational relationship with the borrower and with the bank on each side of the trade.
A second dollar route is the point of the office. Payment capacity in Miami is independent of the Cayman correspondent, and either route can carry the full group load for a week. The arrangement is tested every quarter under the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery policy, and the result is reported to the Chief Operating Officer.
