St Peter Port

St Peter Port runs the private equity vehicles. Six people at Glategny Court act for the licensed general partner of two closed-ended partnerships: the first held its first close in 2023 over the animal-health and pharmaceutical positions, the second in 2025 over specialty materials. Four portfolio positions and seven limited partners sit in the two structures.

Co-investor capital attributed to Guernsey was US$8 million at 30 June 2026, a small figure against the positions the vehicles hold, because the balance sheet takes most of the exposure and co-investors take the remainder. The office issues the capital calls, pays the distributions and writes the quarterly report each limited partner receives.

Valuation papers are prepared here and challenged in Zürich before the Risk & Valuation Committee signs them. The vehicles do not trade, and no limited partner may direct an investment. Programme Latitude leaves the office at its present size: the 2028 European phase funds Luxembourg, Dublin and Zürich, and Guernsey grows only with the partnerships it already manages.
