St Helier
St Helier is the trust office. Eight people at Esplanade Chambers administer twenty-three structures for eleven families, holding US$131 million under trusteeship at 30 June 2026. The work is fiduciary rather than investment: the office is trustee, administrator and company secretary, and investment decisions for the underlying assets are taken elsewhere in the firm under a separate mandate.

Five of the structures are private trust companies with a nominee trustee, an arrangement families choose when they want their own directors on the board. Corbière Trust Company has provided independent trustee cover since 2023 for the structures where the firm should not act alone. A family governance company on the same floor prepares board papers and keeps the minute books.
Trustee judgements are made by people, in line with the seventh principle of the Ethical Technology Charter. No distribution, appointment or retirement of a trustee is model-assisted, and every decision names the officer who took it. The office holds no client money on account and places nothing on its own initiative. Guernsey holds the private equity vehicles, forty minutes away.
