Dublin
Dublin runs the fund platform. Latitude Fund Platform (Ireland) ICAV is an umbrella vehicle for qualifying investors with three sub-funds in issue, and IGUAKO Fund Management (Ireland) Limited is its authorised manager and the employer of the office. Six people work from Grand Canal Chambers. Net assets on the platform were US$186 million at 30 June 2026, of which US$74 million is client portfolio under stewardship and the balance is proprietary and co-investor capital.

The largest sub-fund, Latitude Rare Markets Fund, holds positions across all five origination sectors, and the other two are narrower. A designated activity company beside the umbrella issues notes over structured-credit positions, which makes four Irish vehicles in all. Subscriptions, redemptions and dealing points are administered to a published calendar, and the administrator and the depositary are overseen from this office under the Third-Party Risk and Outsourcing policy.
The 2028 phase of Programme Latitude scales the platform alongside the Luxembourg vehicles. Two further sub-funds are added under the manager and the depositary already in place, which keeps one manager, one administrator and one audit across the group's European fund business. Five counterparty relationships support the platform as it stands today.
